TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L is a search, management and reservation service for tickets for bullfighting shows. The website www.entradatoros.com  (hereinafter “the Website”) allows the user (hereinafter “the User”) consult the available bullfighting events, the prices of tickets for sale and request information for future events. The tickets offered for sale are issued directly by the company promoting the events, with TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L being responsible for sending them to the User at the indicated address (always within Spain or Portugal).

Making a purchase by the User implies acceptance of the conditions stipulated herein (hereinafter “Purchase Conditions”), as well as the conditions of use of the Website. In any case, the User who purchases the ticket must be of legal age.

SECOND.- PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF TICKETS.

The ticket prices are set on the Website and vary, among others, depending on the square, the show, the date or the location of the seats. On top of this price, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L charges an additional fixed cost of FIVE EUROS (5.-€) per ticket (VAT included) for the management services of searching, booking and purchasing tickets and which also includes Shipping costs within Spain (peninsula and islands) and Portugal. TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L reserves the right to modify the sales commission, committing to always publish it on the Website in a clear and visible manner and before making the purchase by the User.

The sale is firm and does not allow cancellations by the User whatever the cause.

Ticket prices and availability are valid and guaranteed until tickets are sold out. Typographical errors or any price changes made by the company organizing the bullfighting show and managing the bullring (hereinafter “the Organizer”) are excluded. In this last case, the User must direct any claim to the latter.

Orders will be processed in order of receipt. Given the impossibility of assigning consecutive seats, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L will contact the client to inform them of this circumstance and will try to offer alternative tickets (for example for another area or day). However, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L cannot guarantee the User the availability of joint seats, the assignment of which corresponds to the company organizing the bullfighting show and managing the plaza (hereinafter “the Organizer”). When reassignment is not possible, the tickets will be deemed to have been firmly acquired by the User.

In the event that the User has purchased a ticket after the seats have been sold out, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L will proceed to refund the amount paid to the User within a period of fifteen (15) days from the day on which such circumstance is communicated. The User expressly acknowledges that they will not have the right to any additional reimbursement as compensation or similar.

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L reserves the right to limit the number of tickets that a User can purchase. In the event that the User proceeds to purchase tickets above the set limit, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L may cancel the tickets thus acquired, either in their entirety or in the number that exceeds the set limit.

The re-sale of tickets purchased through the TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L. Website is expressly prohibited.

THIRD.- ISSUANCE OF TICKETS.

The User acquires the ticket from the Organizer, with TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L being a mere intermediary that facilitates management and delivery.

The physical entry that TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L sends to the User is a purchase invoice issued by the Organizer and as such includes its tax data and the corresponding taxes. TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L only issues an invoice for the part corresponding to the search, reservation, purchase and shipping costs.

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L will not be responsible for the issuance of the tickets, so any license in favor of management entities (for example SGAE) or any other entity, when necessary, will correspond to the Organizer.

FOURTH.- HOME SHIPPING.

The home delivery service of TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L offers the User the possibility of purchasing their tickets easily and safely from their home, avoiding long lines and waiting at the ticket office.

All orders are sent by courier to the address that the User indicates in their order, as long as they comply with the conditions described here.

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L only makes deliveries in Spain (peninsula and islands) and Portugal.

For foreigners or non-resident nationals, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L offers the possibility of delivering tickets to hotels, hostels or similar during their stay in Spain coinciding with the celebration of the celebration. In the event of flight cancellations, transportation strikes and similar, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L will not reimburse the loss of tickets. The User must, therefore, claim the loss suffered from their travel insurance, the transport company or whoever corresponds.

Home deliveries are made through a reputable courier company. Only hand deliveries are made to individuals. The User is responsible for guaranteeing receipt of the order, ensuring that there is a responsible person at the address or delivery address to take charge of it. Shipments are made to private homes, hotels, offices and similar.

Deliveries are not made at the box office. Under no circumstances are tickets deposited in mailboxes or post office boxes.

Tickets are sent to the User two to four (2-4) days in advance of the date of the celebration. If you have purchased tickets for several celebrations, the date of the first of them is taken as a reference.

The sending of tickets through the courier service is subject to the conditions of the service provider: CORREOS, MRW. In the event that the person designated by the User to collect the tickets is not present at the time of delivery, the courier company will make another delivery attempt. If this second attempt fails, the User must contact the messaging service and pay any additional charge that may be applicable.

Tickets not collected by the User for reasons beyond the control of TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L, will not be refundable and, therefore, will not give the User any right to claim.

Once the tickets are received by the User (or by the person at the delivery address designated by the User), they will be deemed delivered. TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L is not responsible for losses, thefts, deterioration, breakages, etc. from the same. It is, therefore, the User's responsibility to keep the tickets in a dry and safe place, away from magnetic fields.

In case of loss or misplacement, no duplicate tickets are made.

FIFTH.- PAYMENT METHODS.

The User can choose between the following payment options:

1.      Through the virtual POS of TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L. Accepts the following credit cards: Visa, 4B, Mastercard, American Express. The system will ask the User for the card number, expiration date and security numbers (turning the card over, in the signature space, there is a series of numbers: the last three). In some cases, banking entities also request the use of special codes for online purchases.
2.     Through bank transfer. The User must send proof of payment to TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L by e-mail info@entradatoros.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from the moment the order is placed.

Tickets will only be delivered once the corresponding amount has been received in the account of TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L.

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L in no case retains the User's bank details, these being managed by the contracted secure payment platforms. It is the User's responsibility to carefully read the conditions of use and privacy policy of said payment gateways before making the payment.

Payment must be made within twenty-four (24) hours from the moment the order is placed. Once this period has ended, if payment is not confirmed by card or bank deposit by sending proof, TICKETOFICICALTORO S.L may proceed to cancel the order automatically. The deletion of an unpaid order within twenty-four (24) hours will not give rise to any claim or complaint on the part of the User. If the request is cancelled, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L will proceed to refund the User the amount received after said period without the right to any compensation.

SIXTH.- RETURNS.

Refunds of previously purchased tickets are not permitted. The impossibility of attending a performance or any error made by the User when making the purchase will not be valid reasons to proceed with the refund of the amount paid.

As an official point of sale, the tickets offered for sale by TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L are issued directly by the company promoting the events (that is, by the Organizer), with TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L being responsible for sending them to the User at the address indicated. The User receives the official entry from the Organizing company.

Against changes that occur after the purchase of tickets, such as (by way of example only): change of date, time, poster, substitutions, cancellations and/or any other event. The User expressly acknowledges that any claim must be filed directly with the Organizer.

The making of any refund will be subject to the conditions of the Organizer and the provisions of current legislation, being in all cases subject to having the official ticket, complete, intact and not manipulated or damaged.

The refund of the ticket amount in case of suspension, postponement or modification will begin and end when indicated by the Organizer at the official box office of the organizing company and in accordance with the conditions indicated on the back of each ticket official.

If the show is suspended unexpectedly (that is, once it has started) for reasons not attributable to the Organizer or due to bad weather, once the first bull is out in the ring, the User will not have the right to any refund.

The User will under no circumstances have the right to a refund of the amount of five euros (5.- €) per ticket corresponding to the search, management and reservation service carried out by TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L

Only when the Organizer gives an express order to TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L for the return of the tickets, can the amount of the ticket be refunded (not the commission indicated in the previous paragraph). These cancellations usually occur in cases such as cancellations and date changes.

SEVENTH.- EXCLUSIONS

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L, does not manage tickets with special conditions, such as: retirees, disabled people and children. All tickets are priced for adults.

The User must take into account that minors in general have conditional or restricted entry into bullrings. It is advisable that the User check with the bullrings the access conditions for minors and people with reduced mobility.

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L  is not responsible for the acquisition of tickets by the User for minors or people with reduced mobility who subsequently find their access to the bullring impossible by the Organizer.

EIGHTH.- LIMITATIONS OF THE EVENT ORGANIZER.

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L does not participate in any organizational aspect of the events offered for sale and therefore has nothing to do with aspects such as: visibility conditions, acoustic quality, comfort of the location, accessibility... Consequently, TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L does not assumes the obligations and responsibilities that correspond to the Organization.

The Organizer reserves the right of admission and may register the attending public at the entrance. Entry is not permitted with any object that the Organization may consider dangerous. Entry with food and drink is also not usually allowed.

It is the power of the Organization to allow entry into the bullfight once it has started, as well as to allow entry and exit from the venue during it.

The Organization reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the show. It is prohibited to record or take photos (with or without flash) during the race.

Any claim regarding the performance, suspension, modification or cancellation of the show must be addressed to the Organizer, and the User must keep the ticket for its presentation.

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L will not respond to any of the claims made by the User in relation to the organization of the show. The User is reminded that responsibility for the event will correspond exclusively to the Organizer.

NINTH.- REQUEST FOR TICKET INFORMATION.

The Website has an open space so that the User who wishes can request information about future events not offered for sale. The User may provide their contact information so that once TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L has that information it can be provided to them, all without obligation on either party.

TENTH.- SUSPENSION OF SERVICE

TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L adopts security and technological measures reasonably appropriate for the correct functioning of the Website.

The operation of the Website is supported by servers of service providing companies. Access to the Website may be suspended for technical reasons or for reasons of force majeure, such as, for example: a) Failures in the electrical or telephone network supply, b) Virus attacks on the servers that support the web, c) User errors in accessing the website, d) Fires, floods, earthquakes, e) Strikes or labor disputes, f) War conflicts. TICKETOFICIALTORO S.L, is exonerated from any type of responsibility when they occur.

ELEVENTH.- VALIDITY.

These Purchase Conditions have been drafted and approved by TICKETOFICIALTORO on July 1, 2023 and will remain in force until they are replaced by others through publication on the Website.

TWELFTH.-APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These Purchase Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile as provided for in current legislation. When Users have their domicile outside of Spanish territory, the applicable legal regulations regarding competent jurisdiction will apply, failing which the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of Seville capital.
